Facilities

The mission of the Office of Facilities is to provide the full complement of services necessary to maintain the facilities and systems of the university.

Common Services

Customer Service Requests

Customer requests are submitted through AiM and used by campus staff members to identify systems or assets around campus in need of repair. 

Special Project Requests

A Special Project Request is required for any ÁðÁ§ÉñÉçfacility modifications or additions. For more information on the Special Project request, please click the link below, or reach out to facilitiesproject@uncw.edu.

AiM Information AiM is a product used by Facilities to maintain building, property, maintenance and mechanical asset data. For campus users the most significant function is customer requests - work that you need done by Physical Plant Become an AiM Expert
